Our research is focused on neural plasticity within sensorimotor spinal and cortical circuits that mediate human motor control.

Society for Neuroscience 2022

We attended Society for Neuroscience 2022 in San Diego!

This year, lab members Stevie Foglia (PhD Candidate), Karishma Ramdeo (PhD Student), Faith Adams (MSc Candidate) and Ravjot Rehsi (MSc) attended SfN to present research related to their thesis work and current outreach initiatives.

Stevie presented a poster titled The development of a corticomuscular coherence brain- computer interface to treat impairments in sensorimotor control.

Karishma presented a poster titled Investigating the effects of attention on afferent Inhibition via Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Ravjot presented a poster titled Investigating the Intrasession Reliability of Afferent Inhibition.

Faith presented a poster titled Traveling Brain Workshop for Intermediate Elementary Student: The Changing Brain.
